The Project Management Professional (PMP®) cettiflcation is awarded by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) to recognize individuals who have obtained knowledge and experience in project management.

General Description of this Course

Course Objectives
Cover a complete set of review materials including: a sample exam, games, exercises, and practice exams that can decrease study time by 80%. Learn what and how to study. Learn what they know and do not know. Review the topics covered on the exam. Make studying fun, fast and effective. Network with other PMP candidates. Guidance in applying for PMP.

Training Methodology


The Course is especially designed to speed-up your path to the world-class PMP(8) Certification. It is conducted in a highly interactive format; incorporating participant-centered learning activities such as pair and group work, games, exercises, and practice exams. Participants will experience the actual test environment, thought process and learn the techniques needed to answer the questions and pass the Exam the first time. The course satisfies the required 35-hours of professional education in addition to two (2) full days for Exam Simulation, Tips & Tricks. The participant's primary guide is the PMI PMBOK®, "A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge' (3rb Edition).
